đŸ› ïž What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini-splits, IAQ systems) 
  •  Deliver a top-tier customer experience — we care about people, not just installs 
  •  Test systems, connections, and electrical components to ensure everything runs perfectly 
  •  Troubleshoot and repair when needed 
  •  Work independently and as part of a tight-knit, high-performing crew 
đŸ’Ș What We’re Looking For

  •  3+ years of HVAC installation experience 
  •  Valid driver’s license 
  •  EPA Certification 
  •  Strong experience with: 
    •  Furnaces & forced air systems 
    •  Heat pumps & air handlers 
    •  Mini-splits 
  •  Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs) 
  • Positive attitude + pride in your work (this matters here) 
⭐ Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  •  Competency card 
  •  Boiler experience 
  •  Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan
