About the Role:
Plugz Electric is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales professional to join our growing team in Forest Lake, MN! This is an exciting opportunity to combine your curiosity for the electrical industry with your sales expertise to deliver real solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Consult with residential clients to identify electrical product and service needs
- Prepare and present accurate sales quotes, proposals, and project estimates
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with electricians and project teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Stay current on electrical products, industry trends, and code requirements
- Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM software
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or a related trade industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
