🚀 The Role
You’ll lead and optimize the call center for both Plugz Electric and Airz Heating & Air, driving inbound and outbound performance.
This is a revenue-driving leadership role—owning speed-to-lead, booking rates, and customer experience from first call to scheduled job.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Build, hire, and lead a top-performing call center team across two brands
- Drive speed-to-lead and maximize booking conversion rates
- Create and manage KPIs, scorecards, and daily performance tracking
- Coach reps on sales, communication, and urgency
- Improve scripts, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and close rates
- Partner with field teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to ownership
🧠 What You Bring
- Experience leading a call center or high-volume customer service/sales team
- Strong understanding of KPIs (conversion %, call time, close rate, etc.)
- Ability to drive accountability while keeping culture fun and competitive
- Data-driven mindset with quick decision-making ability
- Excellent communicator and team motivator
- Comfortable with CRM/call center software and reporting tools
